Lobby Sofa System by Dag Hjelle – LK Hjelle

Lobby sofa system overview by Dag Hjelle showing flexible modular design with removable covers for LK Hjelle Norway

Full flex
Lobby offers many creative solutions and can be adapted to most situations. It can be adapted to both smaller, intimate meeting situations and large gatherings. Due to the smart coupling fittings, the arm and back parts can be moved and the different modules can be switched around. The sofa has removable covers on the seat, back and armrests for easy upholstery, which gives the furniture a very long life.
Lobby is designed by Dag Hjelle.

Clever and comfortable
As a third generation Hjelle, Dag is armed with precise skills he learned while growing up and working every summer in the factory. “Being part of this family business has taught me a lot about craftsmanship, materials and techniques,” he says. Dag is always working closely together with dealers and architects to find out what is in demand and he has a great eye for proportions and details, with a great focus on comfort. Lobby is a reflection of all these things.
