Spin lounge table by Staffan Holm is the table that really shouldn’t be possible to produce – Swedese

Spin by Staffan Holm is a product that defies expectations and pushes the boundaries of what can be achieved in furniture design. Despite its sophisticated and simple expression, Spin boasts an innovative design language that captured the imagination of the design world, earning the title of Furniture of the Year in 2010.

The stool is crafted from layer-glued ash veneer, a material that bends in two different directions to create its unique form. The legs, also made from molded ash veneer, elegantly follow the round seating surface, contributing to Spin’s distinctive design. This meticulous construction not only enhances the stool’s aesthetic appeal but also its functional prowess.

One of Spin’s standout features is its stackability. When stacked, the stools twist gracefully upwards, creating a visually striking and decorative element in any room. This design ensures that Spin is not just a piece of furniture, but also a piece of art.

Expanding the versatility of the Spin series, the stool is available in various options. It comes as a bar stool and can be customized with or without a covered seat, catering to different preferences and settings.

Building on the success and popularity of the original stool, Staffan Holm has introduced the second half of the Spin family: the Spin lounge table. Available in two sizes, the Spin lounge table retains the innovative spirit and design excellence of its predecessor, offering a cohesive and stylish addition to any interior space.

Spin by Staffan Holm is more than just furniture; it is a testament to the possibilities of modern design, blending functionality with artistry in a way that is both timeless and contemporary.
