In 1960 Mogens Lassen designed the Kubus candleholder as a reaction to the overly decorated homes. Today it has become an ikon and an essential part of the Danish Design history, that carries a strong tradition: Danish design – Made in Denmark!
This autumn we launch the Kubus collection in burnished copper, which was the look of the first Kubus candleholder Mogens Lassen designed. The unique surface comes from a special production process, that controls the patination and gives an raw contrast to the home decoration.
