The DS Awards celebrate innovation and excellence within the design industry. Danish designer Cecilie Manz leads the jury for Best Talent, while interior architect Cristiano Pigazzini from Note Design Studio chairs the jury for Best Interior.

Theme of the year: Repurpose

The 2025 theme is Repurpose – exploring how design can contribute to more conscious choices, creative thinking, and smarter resource use. The theme will be reflected in key exhibitions and events such as DS Collab, DS Unika, DS Talks, and DS Awards.

Inspired by the theme, our official partner Porsche Norway has collaborated with Vitra on a special installation at the Porsche Studio at Aker Brygge.

“Repurpose is about rethinking what we already have. It’s a topic that concerns the entire industry – from how we design and produce to how we use and care for the resources around us,” says Heidi Lie, CEO of Designers’ Saturday.
