D&D Award for Field paper yarn carpet

In the international design and decoration awards 2004 competition, Woodnotes has received the joint first prize for new paper yarn carpet design Field in the flooring category. The judgement was based on aesthetics,fitness for purpose, originality, innovation, use of materials, detail and finish. Field paper yarn carpet has been designed by Ritva Puotila.

Design and decoration awards competition is dedicated to recognizing the very best products and projects at the top end of the design and decoration industry. The competition was sponsored by House & Garden, Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, Colefax and Fowler, Decorex International, Gaggenau, New Designers, Osborne & Little, Poliform,The World of Interiors and Zimmer-Rohde. The judging panel included Dickie Bannenberg, Celia Birtwell, Susan Crewe, Gordon Lindsay, Kevin McCloud, Rupert Thomas and Stephen Woodhams.
