Hot drinks & Cool design
HotCool is an innovative serving concept that makes drinking hot drinks a luxurious taste experience. HotCool keeps hot drinks hot - like mulled wine and specialty coffees - and cold drinks cold - for instance, smoothies and iced tea. An essential part of the HotCool range is the tray which is handy for carrying cakes or small savoury snacks.
The whole ensemble is complemented by the tools Citterio 98 latte spoon which is completely at thome with the HotCool range. Design: Björn Dahlström

Alfredo Häberli and Kids' Stuff
- internationally awarded heroes
Collaboration between Alfredo Häberli and iittala continues with success. The Swiss - Argentinian designer has been selected the Designer of the Year at the Maison & Objet fair in Paris. Mr Häberli's work including Kids' Stuff and Essence wineglasses will be presented at the fair held 23.-27.1 at a special exhibition called NOW in a hall for design and lifestyle.
Kids' Stuff, a set for children, has been awarded a prize called Complementi at the Ornaris Fair 11.-14.1 in Zurich, the home city of the designer.
Kids' Stuff will also be presented at Ambiente fair in Frankfurt February 20-23, together with his very latest iittala design.
Commercial success and design prizes have followed the Häberli - iittala collaboration ever since the first projet, the fun, striped Origo series.
