Flora easy chair
for public environments.
The
organic tulip shaped easy-chair is designed to animate and create
tension in modern public architecture with large glass facades and large
open spaces as distinguishing features.
This
model has a turn able pedestal base in stainless steel designed for
fixation to the floor. The pedestal base is equipped with an integrated,
intelligent brake. The brake stays locked while sitting down and getting
up.
When leaning back on the back support the brake releases and makes rotation
possible. Two different angles on the Floras back support offers
varied
sitting. Back and seat in moulded maple or oak veneer, partly upholstered
with leather or fabric.

Measurements:
Width: 870 mm
Depth: 600 mm
Seat depth: 470 mm
Height: 920 mm
Seat height: available in 430 - 480 mm
The
easy-chair was first presented at the Stockholm Furniture Fair -04 where
it gained a lot of attention from both architects and consumers. Therefore
Loo Design has decided to manufacture the chair in two different models.
The
model described below will be released later this year.
