100% Design 2004 – x10
Tenth edition of the UK’s foremost contemporary design exhibition

This year’s 100% Design will be the tenth edition of the London-based international contemporary design exhibition. From small beginnings the show is now recognised as the UK’s leading design show and a must-see event on the international design calendar. Attracting over 450 exhibitors and 35,000 visitors, its aims are to exhibit a collection of the very best in contemporary interior design from around the world
and to support upcoming design talent - which it has done since its inception – by providing bursaries and assistance to hundreds of new designers.
100% Design will be held at Earls Court 2, London from Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 September 2004.
100% Design will once again provide its unique mix of small and large companies, established and new designers, UK based and international exhibitors. Over 450 companies will be exhibiting and many plan to launch new products at the event, emphasising the important role the show plays within both the UK
and international industry.
To celebrate the tenth edition of 100% Design, a number of established international designers, who have been closely involved with the show over the last ten years, will present their vision of the future of contemporary design. This centrepiece feature will be unveiled at the show on Thursday 23 September.
Exhibitors launching new products at the show include: Modus, Hitch Mylius, SCP, Andrew Tanner Design, Cole & Son (Wallpapers) Ltd, and Pad.
100% Design will once again be supporting and nurturing upcoming design talent, a crucial element to both the event and the industry at large, with a range of initiatives including: five UK and five international 100% Design Foundation Awards and five100% Design Crafts Council Bursaries. It will also be providing assistance to a large number of exhibitors who will be showing with undu graduates, Hidden Art and Design-Nation.
