Light, airy “Flower Power” from Ljungberg´s
Nice, fanciful and flame-proof curtain for public interior decoration.

-Sometimes people seem to think that “nice and fanciful” is a concept opposite to that of interior decoration for public environments. But, of course, this is not necessarily so. On our own quality of flame-proof “Trevira CS: Solo Structure” we have printed the collection “Flower Power” - airy patterns on light backgrounds - created by Gunilla Gunnarsson, designer from Borås. “We are especially pleased with the linen look of the structure, linking our present production to our past tradition as cotton- and linen printers,” says Bibbi Nilsson, in charge of marketing at Ljungberg´s Textile Prints in Floda. At the “Stockholm Furniture Fair” Ljungberg´s also show a monochrome collection in ten colour variations, matching “Flower Power”.

”FLOWER.” Design: Gunilla Gunnarsson
Gunilla is one of our most prolific designers. She has created patterns for all the great textile firms in Sweden, so we are sure you have already seen a textile with her signature before. Here Gunilla has contributed with two patterns that we call “FLOWER” and “POWER”, printed on our new Trevira CS “Solo Structure” material.
“When I design my patterns I must be in balance - simply” feel good”. I can never force a pattern into creation; there has to be pleasure in the process. I want my patterns to convey a good feeling and make people happy!”
