Copenhagen International Furniture Fair 2005
Pressrelease

New Model: EJ 250
Design: EJ design team
EJ 250 is designed by the Erik Jørgensen design team who continuously develops new furniture on the fine tradition and acquired experience of the company.
EJ 250 is Erik Jørgensen´s idea of a sofa which is the gathering point of the living room. The sofa is wide and long enough to seat both family and friends – or just two people.
EJ 250 is an architectonic piece of furniture itself, and therefore it perfectly matches the pure lines in the Scandinavian design tradition. Despite its size the sofa does not seem tremendously big thanks to the narrow armrests and the simplicity of the design. The seat cushions and the fix upholstered back provide good comfort and assure that everybody sits comfortably in the sofa.

EC-chair
Design: Tine Mouritsen, MAA & Mia Sinding, MDD
EC-chair was introduced at The Scandinavian Furniture Fair last year. After some adjustments the chair now stands in its final design. Furthermore Mouritsen & Sinding have designed a matching footstool.
EC-chair is a modern version of the traditional winged armchair - high backed and with emphasis on comfort. The complicated construction with many straight lines and oblique angles provide the chair with a modern look. EC-chair matches the minimalistic sofas from Erik Jørgensen such as EJ 50, but the chair also stands out as a single item.
